These terms govern your use of the Bonsai Tracker marketplace (the "Marketplace") as a buyer or seller. They are separate from, and in addition to, our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Bonsai Tracker operates the Marketplace as a venue connecting independent buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller, do not own listed items, and do not warrant their condition, legality, or fitness for purpose. Payments are processed by Stripe; payouts to sellers are made via Stripe Connect.
Bonsai Tracker charges a marketplace fee of 6.5% of each completed sale, plus pass-through payment processing fees. Fees are deducted from the seller's payout. Shipping charges are paid by the buyer at checkout.
Funds for each sale are held by the platform until 3 days after delivery confirmation, after which they are transferred to the seller's connected account. Open disputes pause the payout until resolved.
You may not list endangered species in violation of CITES, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, or any item prohibited by Stripe's restricted businesses policy.
Refund eligibility is described in our Marketplace Refund Policy. Bonsai Tracker may, at its discretion, mediate disputes and issue refunds from held funds.
We may pause or remove listings, suspend accounts, and withhold payouts where we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been violated.
