Forgione USA, Inc. ("we", "us") operates Bonsai Tracker. This notice explains what personal data we process and why.
When you use AI features, your prompt and limited context (tree species, care log) are sent to our AI providers (Google, OpenAI) under data-processing agreements. They do not train on your inputs.
We share data only with sub-processors needed to operate the Service: Supabase (hosting/database), Stripe (payments), AI providers, and email delivery. We do not sell personal data.
Your display name, avatar, growing zone, and any trees you mark as public are visible to other users. You control what to publish.
If you apply for a verified badge you also provide business name, links, and any evidence you submit. We retain this for the lifetime of the badge plus 12 months for audit.
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion (backups). Payment records are kept as required by tax law.
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Email support@app.bonsaitracker.com. EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
Data is processed in the United States and other countries where our sub-processors operate, under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).
